The Training together – working together initiative includes:

•   a breakfast forum hosted by the Minister, Hon Peter Collier MLC, to launch Training together - 
    working together and showcase enterprises which have made a commitment to Aboriginal employment
     and training.

•   the formation of a committee of the State Training Board that will lead the initiative, with members and the
     Minister visiting metropolitan and regional areas to consult with Aboriginal communities.

•   a Training together – working together summit, chaired by the Minister, to plan the way forward for
     Aboriginal workforce skills development leading to sustainable employment.
